When using a second router, avoid IP conflicts by changing the second router's LAN IP range or enabling Access Point mode if available. Keep only one device doing DHCP when possible.

Default Router IP

Common default IP addresses are 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1. If one does not load, try the other or check your device's Default Gateway.

Default Username & Password

The most common default login is admin / admin, but many PLDT-issued devices use a unique password printed on the router sticker. Always verify the label on the modem/router.

What You Can Change

From the web interface you can change WiFi password, WiFi name (SSID), create a guest network, and adjust basic security settings (for example WPA2).

If You Cannot Login

Confirm you are connected to the PLDT router, try another browser, and clear cache. If you forgot the password, check the sticker. As a last resort, press and hold the reset button for about 10–15 seconds to restore defaults.

Router Models

Login screens and menu labels can vary by model. Common PLDT router brands include Huawei, FiberHome, and ZTE. The steps are similar, but the exact menu location may differ.
